The liturgy group led a liturgy to remind us how God’s world is a special treasure. They chose to gather outside, read the creation story and ask the children to draw a picture of their favourite treasure in the story. Our mission is to go out and remind people to enjoy the beauty that God created for us. Well done team!
All the children of the school partook in a day of spiritual contemplation led by our Liturgy team
Year 4, 5 and 6 children prayed in silence in the presence of the consecrated Eucharist. A very moving and inspirational moment of prayer for us all.
Lest We Forget
Thank you to our liturgy group who delivered a lovely liturgy to celebrate Mary. We talked about how she knew her son, Jesus, was special and thought about what our mums do so that we know we are special to them.
Our creative liturgy leaders lead our collective worship in the allotment. It was a beautiful day in the sun and we thoroughly enjoyed gathering together to reflect upon ‘New Life’. They led us in our Boot Camp exercises to jump in joy for the Lord’s love, press-ups (to lift the weight of sin from our shoulders) and burpees (to show the ups and downs we take along our spiritual roads). There was a smile on every face!
Remember – by changing our attitude, we can have a New Life without worries.

A big thank you and well done to children in class 2C who lead us in a morning liturgy. The theme was ‘Love one another’. The children heard scripture from the Gospels; where Jesus taught us that even one small thing can make a difference. We were reminded of a quote from Saint Teresa and the children even wrote a song about love which Year One and Two sang together.
A lovely start to our morning.
The morning after the night before!! A wonderful school sleep out to raise money for our Building Hope project
